Raw Nibs and grilled hazelnut power drink

Nothing is better than warming your day with a boost of self-love and cacao medecina. 

Here's one of the best Hi nutriments recipes you can make with Sacred Bean Organic Raw Nibs.

(6-8 servings)


(For the cacao drink)
120g     Sacred Bean Organic Raw Nibs
1 Liter   Water

(For the grilled hazelnut milk)
100g      Hazelnuts
1 Liter    Water
1 pinch  Spice of your choice (Ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamome)

Step 1: Start by slowly boiling the Organic Raw Nibs. 

Step 2: Grilled lightly your hazelnut and put them into your mixer with the water, mix and filter with a cotton cheese cloth.

Step 3: Once the Organic Raw Nibs are boiling take it off from the heat for 1 or two minutes. Put it back on heat and make it boil again.

Step 4: (facultative) At the last boil of the Nibs add the spice of your choice and filter.

Step 5: You can heat up the hazelnut milk or use a milk frother to make it really fluffy like the picture.

Notes: The grilled hazelnut milk can be kept in the fridge for a week. You can keep the filter Organic Nibs and the hazelnut past (okara) for other lovely recipes.
You can also use any other type of vegetal or regular milk in this recipe if you do not want to make your own.
